By using our website and services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Terms and Conditions.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Information Collection and Use:

We collect personal information, such as your name, email address, and contact details, when you register for our online training courses. This information is used solely for course registration, communication, and administration.

We may also collect non-personal information, such as browser type, IP address, and cookies, for website analytics and improvement.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Information Sharing:

ENY Consulting will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers assisting us in course delivery and administration, but only to the extent necessary.

You commit not to replicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service, nor use the Service or access it, or any contact on the website used to provide the Service, without obtaining explicit written consent from us.

Security:

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no online data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and cannot be liable for any compromised data.

Validity:
This Proposal is valid for (10) Days from the submitting date.
Muhakat Institute holds the right to cancel or postpone the course according to the number of attendees.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be done in writing.

Full refund for cancellations will only be paid to a maximum of one week from the invoice date.

50% refund for cancellations will only be paid up to a maximum of two weeks from the invoice date.

No refund for cancellations done after 2 weeks from the invoice date. A substitute is always welcomed; if not possible a credit will be given which can be used for any MUHAKAT event for up to 1 year.

Force Majeure :

 If the event is postponed, canceled or abandoned by reason of war, fire, storm, explosion, national emergency, labor dispute, strike, lock-out, civil, disturbance, actual or threatened violence by any terrorist group, or any other cause not within the control of our organization, we shall be under no liability to ‘Company’ for non-performance or delay in performance of obligations under this contract or otherwise in respect of any actions, claims,

losses (including consequential losses) costs or expenses whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by ‘Company’, as the result of the happening of any such events.
