Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients and introduce specialized training programs.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, effectively converting them into enrolments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored training solutions.
- Present and articulate detailed course information, ensuring clients understand the value and benefits of training programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and client engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth enrolment process for clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the organization’s overall growth
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience (experience in education, training, or consulting sales is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored sales pitches effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
- Fluent in French, English is a plus
