Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients and introduce specialized training programs.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, effectively converting them into enrolments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored training solutions.
  • Present and articulate detailed course information, ensuring clients understand the value and benefits of training programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and client engagement strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market needs, and competitor offerings to enhance sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth enrolment process for clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the organization’s overall growth

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience (experience in education, training, or consulting sales is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored sales pitches effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in French, English is a plus
