غرض الوظيفة :

يبحث عميلنا عن محاسب أول يتمتع بخبرة ومهارة عالية في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية للجهات الخارجية. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن إدارة العمليات المالية للشركة، وضمان الدقة والامتثال في جميع المعاملات المالية. يتطلب هذا الدور مهارات تحليلية قوية ومعرفة واسعة بمبادئ المحاسبة والخبرة في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions. Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor actual results against budgets and provide variance analysis
  • Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze and report on cost structures, providing insights to improve profitability. Monitor and control costs associated with logistics operations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws.
  • Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems. Ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
  • Mentor and support junior accounting staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

المؤهلات والمهارات :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role. Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
