غرض الوظيفة :
نحن نبحث عن مهندس لوجستيات يتمتع بمهارات عالية للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن تصميم وتحليل وتحسين العمليات اللوجستية مع التركيز القوي على تصميم المستودعات وتخطيطها. يتضمن جزء رئيسي من هذا الدور استخدام AutoCAD لتصميم وتحسين المستودعات ومرافق التخزين لضمان الكفاءة والفعالية من حيث التكلفة في العمليات اللوجستية. سيتعاون مهندس اللوجستيات مع فرق مختلفة لتطوير حلول تعمل على تحسين سير العمل وزيادة الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية في جميع أنحاء سلسلة التوريد.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- Develop and design warehouse layouts using AutoCAD to optimize space utilization, improve workflow, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Conduct simulations and analysis of warehouse processes to identify opportunities for improvement in terms of storage capacity, material handling, and labor efficiency.
- Recommend changes or upgrades to warehouse layouts, equipment, or processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure warehouse designs meet safety standards, operational requirements, and future scalability needs.
- Analyze existing logistics processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Design and implement improvements to material flow, warehouse organization, and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement logistics initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
- Collect and analyze data related to inventory movement, warehouse capacity, and labor utilization to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate logistics performance, operational challenges, and suggested enhancements to stakeholders.
- Assist in the selection and implementation of new technologies, including warehouse management systems (WMS), automation solutions, and robotics, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the integration of new tools and technologies into the existing logistics infrastructure.
المؤهلات والمهارات :
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in logistics engineering, warehouse design, or a similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for warehouse layout design is mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and logistics process optimization.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics technologies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in warehouse and logistics environments.
